Découvrez l’histoire du restaurant l’Emblème.



Pour imaginer le nom de notre restaurant, nous nous sommes demandés quelle était la première chose qui inspirait le Mouratoglou Hotel & Resort auprès de nos anciens, actuels et futurs visiteurs :

“La piscine en forme de raquette” : L’Emblème du Resort

Patrick Mouratoglou, coach emblématique des plus grands joueurs de tennis internationaux, a souhaité construire un endroit à son image, et ce jusqu’au restaurant.
Sur les murs, vous retrouverez l’histoire des plus grands sportifs, chacun étant devenu Emblème de leur sport.  Dispersé dans le restaurant, plusieurs raquettes en bois, emblèmes de l’âge d’or du tennis dans les années 80; le tout dans un cadre verdoyant, emblématique de l’atmosphère qui règne au Resort comme sur la French Riviera.


Terre emblématique du tennis, la Côte d’Azur a gagné ses lettres de noblesse grâce au charme de ses panoramas et à son climat exceptionnel qui lui confèrent une aura toute particulière, prisée de tous. Un appel à la quiétude et au bonheur de vivre  qui a su convaincre Patrick Mouratoglou de faire renaître avec éclat un lieu de vie empreint d’histoire, la passion du sport en héritage.
Niché dans un écrin de verdure préservé à quelques minutes des plages d’Antibes et de Cannes, le Resort est un oasis inspirant au cœur d’un environnement sportif & loisirs unique en Europe au cœur de la plus prestigieuse académie de tennis du monde.

Magnificent venue and excellent food.
Service was a bit slow, but there were a lot of people and a tournament that day, so that’s understandable.

easy going, sporty and yet sophisticated cuisine served with dedication. I am looking forward to taste more of it. A special token of appreciation for Nolan who attended my table with a sincere sense of hospitality despite coming after the cut off time for the last order. And thanks to the chef for sharing his magic

I was there after visiting the campus for a quick lunch, and I have had a really nice lunch: sun was shiny, little breeze .. I chose the Beef Tartare with French fries on the waiter’s recommendation (had a choice of purée or salad). Nothing much to say on a very classic dish (I could maybe suggest to let the client accommodate his Tartare as wanted).
A special thank to Paul, and the whole team, who have been efficient, but above all very smiling.
The place itself is very nicely decorated.

L’Emblème is more than a restaurant; it’s a true destination for food lovers. Highly recommended.
